Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates are calculated based on customers location and package size and weight.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Tracking information will be provided once order has been shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Rue's Enclave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Rue's Enclave is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Refunds only accepted in the original condition the item was shipped in. Used/worn items will not be accepted for a refund. Refund will be given once the item is received and accepted.
